How to join

Every Membership Starts With Your Assessment

Memberships aren't sold online. Everyone starts with the initial assessment, so your plan is built on your own baselines and data.

    Book your assessment

Book the $299 Initial Comprehensive Assessment online. It comes in two parts.

  2. 02

Complete Part 1 and Part 2

  3. 03

    Enroll in person

Once both parts are done, we enroll you in your membership in person at Chiron.

Physician-guided

The Weight-Management Pathway

A structured, physician-guided path that measures more than the number on the scale.

  1. 01

    Assessment

Your comprehensive assessment sets your starting point.

  2. 02

    Personalized Guidance

A plan for training, nutrition and daily habits, built around you.

  3. 03

    Weekly SOZO Tracking

Weekly scans follow changes in muscle, body composition and hydration, not just weight.

  4. 04

    Diet & Nutrition Consultations

Practical nutrition guidance, adjusted as you progress.

  5. 05

    Bloodwork & Physician Review

We send lab orders to our partner lab, where you have your blood drawn. Your physician reviews the results and goes over them with you.

  6. 06

    Monthly Progress Reviews

Each month you review your progress with the team and adjust the plan.

Everyone starts from a different place, so we don't promise a specific amount of weight loss. Your plan is built for steady progress you can measure.

SOZO Advanced Body Composition, Fluid & Cellular Health Scan

More insight into your body. A more informed plan. Progress you can follow.

Muscle & Body Composition
Estimated lean muscle, fat mass and fat-free mass, so you can see what is changing in your body, not just on the scale.
Hydration & Fluid Distribution
Estimated total body water and how fluid is distributed inside and outside your cells.
Cellular-Health Indicators (Phase Angle)
Phase angle, an indicator associated with cell integrity and overall cellular health.
Estimated Resting Calorie Needs
An estimate of the energy your body uses at rest, used as a starting point for nutrition guidance.
Progress Over Time
Repeat scans compared against your own baseline, so trends are tracked rather than guessed.

SOZO results are estimates and indicators. The scan is not a direct metabolism test and does not provide a medical diagnosis. Your Chiron team reviews your results alongside your evaluation, training and goals. More about SOZO

Medical Weight-Management Details

Lab work at an outside lab

We don't have an in-house lab. We send your lab orders to the outside lab we work with, where you have your blood drawn, then review the results and go over them with you.

Lab charges are separate

Outside lab charges are separate from membership dues and are processed through your insurance. Anything you owe depends on your coverage.

Medication is optional

If your physician determines that a GLP-1 or another prescription is appropriate after your evaluation, it can be one part of your plan. Medication is not required to take part.

Prescriptions go to your pharmacy

We send any prescription to your pharmacy. Medication costs are separate from membership dues and depend on your insurance and pharmacy.
